On Saturday morning, the Eleanor Murray Service Centre at Buffelsfontein Village will become a little brighter. Around tables of colour, neighbours will paint flowers, share waffles and coffee, laugh together, and discover that creativity does not ask for perfection—only a willing heart.
Hosted by Hannelé Coles, this gentle three-hour experience gives every guest a canvas to take home, while helping support the elderly who call Buffelsfontein Village home. It is more than a painting morning; it is a reminder that when a community creates together, it makes room for joy, connection and care.
